The word Balian in Balinese means "healer," making this coastal village the perfect location to rebuild, restore, and reconnect. Join us on this journey of return home to your body, mind and heart amongst the lush coastal sanctuary of The Cove Bali.
Together, as a sisterhood, we'll reconnect to our truest essence through yoga, meditation, and nutrition.
100% of the proceeds from this retreat will be donated to Go Light Our World (GLOW)’s projects across the globe.
All of our teachers and additional staff are volunteering their time and efforts to make this donation possible.

What is included:
5 nights, 6 days stay at luxurious The Cove Bali
Daily yoga (variety of styles)
Daily Mediation (variety of techniques)
Intensive workshops
Introduction to nutrition basics

***independent transportation by motorbike/scooter can be arranged for an additional cost (about $7-$10/daily)

-Arrive/depart Bali International Airport (DPS).
-Tourist visas on arrival are now FREE (for some countries), only if you are staying 30 days or less. If you are planning to stay longer than 30 days, make sure you PAY FOR THE TOURIST VISA ON ARRIVAL. Otherwise, you will be forced to leave the country in order to extend your visa for an additional 30 days.
Things to Remember:
-VALID PASSPORT REQUIRED (6 month minimum before expiry date, and two blank pages required).
-MUST HAVE CASH FOR VISA ON ARRIVAL.
-Notify your bank of travel to avoid credit card complications.
-Travel insurance is highly recommended.
-Check in with your travel doctor for any vaccinations or preventative measures that may serve you for this region.

- All deposits are non-refundable.
- You have until 61 days before the retreat to request any refunds.

- If you do not specify who your roommate is we will assume you are open to any guest.
- You must sign and return liability waiver and retreat contract BEFORE the first day of the retreat.
